Traditional fish and seafood dishes with the touch of Sergio Herman. Many of the dishes that are served at AIRrepublic were once on the menu at the restaurant of Sergio's father. Think of the fish soup that was previously served in Oud Sluis, marinated mussels, oysters with champagne sauce and freshly made langoustines. Open from Friday until Tuesday for lunch and dinner.

The sunny terrace is the ideal place to drink or eat something during a beach day. They focus on Zeeland products, as they do in the AIRrepublic restaurant but with more simplicity. Think of a pistolet with gray shrimps with a glass of cava, or a good croque monsieur with cheese from the Vos family from Biervliet. A dining-bar concept from Sergio Herman, inspired by Japan, located in the rear part of the Strandhotel's lobby. You can enjoy a gastronomic dinner at the intimate niche benches and small tables overlooking the bar and open kitchen. The balcony accommodates guests who only want something to drink and Blueness also has a unique private dining room that seats 12 guests that can be reserved exclusively. Open daily (lunch possible during the weekend).

Gastronomic restaurant  with warm interior and enthusiastic service. The Zeeland-tinted menu is a surprise menu, so it can be served even more creatively and with fresh products. The menu consists of a diversity of regional and seasonal products, presented as culinary art pieces.

The new semi-paved four-meter-wide bicycle and hiking trail offers you an unparalleled view of "het Zwin" and the surrounding polder landscape. It takes you from the reception gate on the Flemish side, the Zwin Nature Park in Knokke-Heist, all the way to Cadzand-Bad where the other reception gate is located (or the other way around). Along the route, there are several rest areas with benches to enjoy the surroundings at your leisure.

You can take individual lessons, but also an introductory course, trial lesson, a complete course or private lessons. The lessons include all the necessary equipment and are mainly given at the Zwinstrand in front of the beach pavilion De Zeemeeuw in Retranchement.
